An exclusive apartment with a panoramic sea view is located on the 4th fl and occupies an area of 96 m2. Double light. Two bedrooms, a huge living room combined with a kitchen, 32 m2. Balcony with a sea view, 12 m2. Bathroom. Separate air-conditioners are installed in each room, an electric boiler. The house has an elevator and a parking space. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and electrical appliances. The sandy beach with the azure sea is 200 m away awarded a blue flag by UNESCO.

Τα καταλύματα μας βρίσκονται πρώτα μπροστά στη παραλία, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές και ιδιωτική αυλή , ανάμεσα στα πλατάνια και άλλα αιωνόβια δέντρα. Σε 100 και 300 μέτρα υπάρχει εστιατόριο και fast food restaurant Αν θέλετε να ακούτε τα τζιτζίκια και τα πουλιά και να νανουρίζεστε από τον ήχο των κυμάτων τότε το κατάλυμα μας είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για εσάς. Βρισκόμαστε 150μέτρα από το κέντρο του Νέου Μαρμαρά και 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που σας παρέχει πρόσβαση σε souper market, εστιατόρια ,καφέ, μπαρ και χώρους διασκέδασης μόλις 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Two levels house,15m from the sea.It has two bedrooms with double beds,kitchen,living room with a sofa-bed and a WC with shower.Also there is an inside balcony with a sofa bed.It is recommended for families offering a fenced garden where the children can play safely.The pedestrian area is 100m away from the house.
