Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Come for Autumn Winter 2025/6 with a 30% reduction!! (Already applied) A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

La Petite Maison à La Peyrière

La Petite Maison à la Peyriere is a sympathetically restored traditional stone cottage dating from 1620. Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Gîte: Les 2 Ponts, studio superb view on Dordogne

Gîte situé sur les hauteurs de Trémolat avec vue imprenable sur la Dordogne, pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Pour une superficie de 30 m², ce logement a tout pour plaire, avec en plus une petite piscine. Une pièce principale avec coin repas et cuisine ouverte sur un joli petit salon. Une salle d’eau séparée avec grande douche, toilettes et lavabo. Une chambre avec son espace de rangement. Attenante au studio, une terrasse couverte de 20 m² pour vous détendre et prendre vos repas.

A l' extérieur, vous pourrez vous restaurer sur la terrasse tout en profitant d' une magnifique vue. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

ENTIÈREMENT RÉNOVÉ AVEC SPA ET PISCINE Situé dans un hameau typique du Périgord Noir au confluent de la Dordogne et de la Vézère. Le logis est le point de départ idéal pour explorer les richesses historiques, culturelles et culinaires de la région. Vous pourrez plonger dans la piscine ou vous prélasser dans le jacuzzi au retour de vos visites. Nos hôtes sont accueillis par notre conviviale prestataire Marie.

Beautiful gîte with private pool

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
