Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.

Very centrally located the apartment benefits from a private terrace, balcony, secure parking and a communal swimming pool in the rear garden. It has been newly renovated for this summer
