Cae Adda cottage is cosy and warm

Our cottage has a wood burning stove, which keeps you cosy on winter evenings. Situated right by Trawsfynydd lake, with amazing views. If peace and tranquility is what you are looking for then this is the perfect spot for you. Sorry no pets. And no swimming or inflatables allowed on Trawsfynydd lake as it’s primarily a fishing lake. Great cycle and footpath round the lake for any one wanting to get out. We are situated inside the snowdonia national park so plenty of places to visit close by.

Our home from home log cabin located in the Snowdonia National Park offers a cosy hideaway with fantastic access to North Wales' West Coast and central mountain ranges. Nestled in the valley at the foot of the Rhinogs mountain range, and only a five minute drive from the Coed Y Brenin walking and cycling centre, it offers a great base for exploring nature and visiting local attractions, including Zip World (20 min drive). The on-site playground and cafe offer plenty to do on the park too.

Enjoy stunning views and sunsets from the back garden across Eryri, Afon Dwyryd estuary, Port Meirion, Bae Ceredigion, and LLyn Peninsula. Essential amenities found in nearby Porthmadog (10mins drive). Full refurbishment completed in 2024 featuring log burner and new modern kitchen and bathroom. Fenced garden, dog friendly and an outdoor warm dog wash!
