No need for a car, this spacious retreat is only a five-minute walk from the town center and the iconic river Dart with its walks to Sharpham and Dartington estates.

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.
