The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Our annex is a self contained space, with a King size bed and dining area. A huge window allows views of the beautiful Teign estuary and from the door, a view of Dartmoor is very special . There is a separate, well fitted small kitchen and a modern shower room to give you total independence . You'll have a private patio with wicker table and chairs, and gas barbeque, which also gives a superb view of the Teign estuary. There are 7 steps up to the Annex. We offer private parking on site.

Cute Little Barn South Hams

Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.

The Granary Beehive Cottage - Rural Retreat

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN A RURAL Area (and access is down NARROW LANES ,The Granary is an self contained apartment above an old barn which has been lovingly renovated to a high standard , it is a romantic county side escape perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside as this is in a working farm you may experience some noise tractors ,cocks crowing ,geese ,some farm machinery repairs in the day,sheep,cows,dogs.and low flying helicopters ,and the odd military jet .

This annex has a double bedroom with lovely views. We are right next door, so just call! Please see the notes on parking. There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area outside the front door with views across Exeter and open countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins). or catch a bus nearby. Sofabed available on request. 1 WC with shower

Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Cosy garden annexe consisting of ensuite double bedroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, and shower room. There is a single sofa bed in the living area suitable for an adult or older child. It has its own front door with access straight out onto patio and garden. Situated conveniently for Dartmoor, the sea, Exeter and Torbay. Opportunities for cycling and walking, or a relaxing break. Pubs & shops within walking distance. Well behaved dogs by arrangement - see conditions below.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Originally the Farm’s Gamekeepers cottage, lovingly restored to a high standard with a private courtyard, Hot Tub and BBQ. On the doorstep of Ottery St Mary and Honiton, one or two people can enjoy this romantic getaway or come explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast. 20 minutes from Exeter, 12 mins from Exeter Airport and an array of moors and beaches within 20 mins.
