Relax and unwind in a romantic and luxurious cabin. Indulge in a beautiful copper bath, or take it easy in a wonderful bubbling hot tub whilst gazing at the breath taking countryside or stars. Welcome box, robes and slippers are provided. With on site holistic therapies you can pamper yourself with a lovely massage or treatment. Ideal for relaxing, exploring either coast, the moors, playing golf, surfing etc. Langman is fully equipped to ensure you have a wonderful time all year round. .

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Explore or just relax in this cosy 5* retreat!

Orchard Barn

Treleigh is a beautiful eight acre farm set in the Tamar Valley, close to Dartmoor national park. The market town of Tavistock is a 15min drive away. The hamlet of Horsebridge, is approx. 1/2 mile away and boasts a classic, popular country pub, The Royal Inn, perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner. The newly renovated Orchard Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon/Cornwall

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Sparrow Barn is on the edge of Dartmoor, on the Devon and Cornwall border, with spectacular views across the hills of Devon. The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with Tavistock a short drive away. There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Self contained converted barn adjacent to owner’s cottage, with views over Dartmoor. Property comprises, double bedroom, shower room and living room with with small kitchenette and dining area. Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. Dartmoor 8 miles, Bude 16 miles and Launceston 5 miles

The Gatehouse, Bradstone Manor

Stay in a Grade 1 listed Jacobean gatehouse, set in marvellous Devon countryside - a perfect place to unwind. The silence and stars at night are breathtaking. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! The beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are only 45 minutes away.

‘The Stables’ cosy cottage with logburner

Unwind, relax, settle into rural farm life, soak up the sun, star gaze... The Stables is a cosy, open-plan cottage with a log burner, on the edge of the farmyard on our peaceful, working farm, along with The Granary holiday cottage, and the main farmhouse. We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in your cottage - an essential when visiting Devon!
