A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests. The Old Gun room

The Old Gun Room is a sympathetically refurbished self contained annex to an 1840s home set in land and gardens in the Shropshire Lakelands a mile from the village of Welshampton and near to the town of Ellesmere. This is a fully self contained holiday let with an en-suite bedroom with king size bed, kitchen diner with log burner and seating area. There is ample off road parking and access to the gardens, which have been opened for the National Garden Scheme, and croquet

Popular accommodation for holiday makers and for attending local weddings; particularly at Iscoyd Park, Hawkstone Hall, Pimmhill Barn, Grange Barn, Cholmondley and many more in Shropshire, South Cheshire and over the border in to Wales. Built 100 years ago for a family that worked on the estate, Lyth Cottage sits at the edge of parkland with views across open fields to the Welsh hills. The 1-storey peaceful cottage has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with additional single bed if required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has a small garden with seating. Ellesmere is a 1.5m drive, or a 1m walk/cycle along the canal towpath.

Ideally positioned for events at Bolesworth Castle (15 mins) and Cholmondeley Castle (15 mins). Or for the quieter time, beautiful country walks and cycle rides can be started from the front door.
