We loved staying in this apartment on our recent ski trip to the beautiful Kranjska Gora. It's exactly as described and suited our family perfectly. Despite it being sub-zero outside most of the time, the apartment was very warm and cosy and the area is very quiet. Keeping skis etc. in the garden shed and walking to the slopes was really easy and took away lots of the hassle of staying further afield or having to use a ski locker. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating - offering us a later check-out, (which gave our son chance to squeeze in a few extra hours on the slopes), and being very understanding when we accidentally brought the shed key home in a pocket! Highly recommended.

Kuća je veoma prostrana i velika, ima 2 kupaonice i odvojeni WC, sve nas je dočekalo uredno i čisto. U kući ima posuđa za kuhanje i pečenje, tako da se možeš baš kao da si doma. Kuća se nalazi malo izvan grada, tako da nije jako prometno, a veoma je blizu (ca.2 min) i autobusna stanica za direktnu liniju do centra grada. Susjedstvo je veoma mirno. Odličan omjer cijene i smještaja.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Ubytování bylo na krásném místě v přírodě. Pokoje čisté a vše odpovídalo popisu. Čisté a voňavé ložní prádlo. Hostitelé byli velmi přívětiví. Výborná dostupnost do lyžařských středisek Flachau, Flachauwinkl a Zauchensee.

Ich habe das Apartment für einen fünfwöchigen beruflichen Aufenthalt in Klagenfurt gebucht und war mehr als zufrieden. Es sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, war gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich habe mich dort wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super zentral, Geschäfte und Restaurants erreicht man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Gut zu wissen: Direkt auf dem Platz vor dem Apartment befindet sich eine Bar, die jeden Tag geöffnet hat, es kann hier also vor allem am Wochenende abends ein weniger lauter werden. Daher würde ich Ohrstöpsel empfehlen, wenn jemand lärmempfindlich ist. Mich persönlich hat es nicht wirklich gestört, ich habe mich schnell daran gewöhnt. Nicholas war als Gastgeber immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und flexibel beim Check-in und Check-out. Ich kann das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist großes, rustikales Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmern und gemütlichem Flair durch den Holzofen. Gut ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen für viele Personen. Der Wohnbereich hat eine kleine Couch für 2-3 Personen, als große Gruppe verweilt man daher eher am Esstisch. Für Kinder ist der Hof ein absoluter Traum, da es viel zu entdecken gibt, eine alte Scheune mit Heuballen, Katzen, Hühner und ein ehemaliger Kuhstall. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Wanderwege, direkt nebenan ist ein Wald. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

The location was very good right next to the Obertraun train station and a great starting location to explore Hallstatt! The accommodation itself had amazing views of the valley. In addition, Andrea was a wonderful host and greeted us during check in and check out and helped store our luggage after check out. Overall an amazing experience :)

Logement idéal, charmant et apaisant pour profiter du lac de Bled et de sa magnifique région. Très à l’écoute et réactifs, nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par nos hôtes qui ont très gentiment préparé notre arrivée (fleurs, documents touristiques et beaucoup d’autres attentions très appréciables). Nous recommandons à 100% !

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Komplette Ausstattung mit allem was man benötigt. Unsere Wohnung hatte einen Balkon und der große Garten kann von allen genutzt werden. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und man hat einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang mit Berg Panorama auf dem Balkon. Karmen ist eine sehr gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es ist auch mal schön einen persönlichen Check in zu haben, ohne Schlüsselbox.

We had a wonderful stay in Barbara’s apartment. She is a great host. The location is wonderful with great access to multiple ski resorts, apartment offers plenty of space even for a bigger family. Beautiful garden. 10/10.

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

Had a great experience, again, with the Alpine Ski Resort, listed under Leavetown. The check-in went smoothly, got a replacement apartment after we discovered, that we don't have a balcony, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything prepared. Thank you.

Wundervolles Appartement in ruhiger Lage. Der See ist dennoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Gastgeber Matevz hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt was wir wissen mussten. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt, und wir empfehlen dieses Appartement auf das Wärmste.
