Everything that a diner should be! This is a local north Florida chain but each location boasts a slightly different menu. Take the chicken and waffle challenge! ...you won’t make it! Haha

The Chicken n Waffles are amazing! You must try the strawberry butter and syrup with hot sauce that's served on the side. Typical diner food but done right, as seen on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives! If you go for lunch have the Shrimp & Grits, but the grit cake on the side. You can get 1/2 orders too :). Not listed on the menu but ask for it or go for the whole and take some for later.

Since 1938, guests have continuously been served in this establishment. In 1992, it became home to The Metro Diner and Jacksonville’s favorite place for breakfast. In 2010, we were visited by "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives." We trust that you too will enjoy our selections of delicious diner dishes.

Awesome service and food. Breakfast lunch and dinner. located in a strip mall but the food and fast service make up for it.
