This is a must try when in Az. its on demand Ice cream, you choose your base whether its dairy or non dairy then your flavors and any mix ins, then it all goes into a mixing bowl and then under liquid nitrogen to give you fresh made ice cream in under 5 minutes!

At Creamistry (Ice Cream Shop) they use liquid nitrogen to hand-craft their premium ice cream. They create your selection in liquid form and then freeze it right in front of you. Fun to watch and a blast for kids! A lot of healthy options too! In Scottsdale Quarter. 3.9 Miles
