The key word of the Gipsy Bar is “fusion”. Atmospheres, cultures and ingredients mix relentlessly to create a never dull experience. The concept is that of the Japanese Izakaya, places where you can drink sake and eat with friends. The menu, created by Marilena Fraschetti and Eddie Portella, is mainly composed of sushi, made with Italian ingredients and with French and international influences. At the counter, Manuele Giordani, together with Francesco Cipollone, prepare their drinks with liqueurs from all over the world , including sake and mezcal.
