Miriam has long made French-influenced breads & deserts which are now a Sydney favourite but originated here on the Balmain East peninsula. Closest outlet is a quaint silver caravan near Bertoni Cafe.

Boutique Patisserie. They only sell little quantities so they often sell out quickly. I find their breads a bit chewy, but everything else fantastic.
