Whit's unique menu changes daily according to the locally caught (sometimes by Whit himself) fish and local vegetables grown at Edgemere Farm (a biodynamic farm located in the Edgemere neighborhood of the Rockaway's). His brick oven pizza menu has a range of classics to creative recipes. I love the prosciutto and mushroom pizza and I have tasted a bite of the steak and it was amazing (although I can't afford it myself). Whit's is also open later than some places although you may show up during the day sometime to see a closed door with an "out fishing" sign posted!
