Ready for a hike and trees all around, many steps included in this.. uphill and flat...Stair climbing is defiantly here. great way to burn some time and energy.

Coquitlam's version of the Grouse Grind. The Coquitlam Crunch is a steep, urban trail that follows a route under large hydro power lines and offers a great workout. It is 4.5km's round-trip.

Very well maintained, any attire and shoes is fine. Broken into 4 sections so you can do a little or a lot. About 6,000 steps to the top and back. Mostly stairs, pavement or gravel path. Nothing steep but a good workout if you go at a good pace. Nice view from the top as well.
