Formerly known as Club 31, this haunt allows you a bird's- eye view of the city and the ocean. It has a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere, with an oval bar, cocktail lounge and glassed wall VIP area. The music is mainstream and familiar, and the older crowd (no under 25s) will reminisce about the classic hits of bygone eras. An all-new super club, Cocoon, recently opened on the 31st floor of the ABSA building. Cocoon overlooks the city with unsurpassed views of the mountain, harbour, V&A Waterfront and city bowl. Its glass casing and incandescent chandeliers add expressions of light refractions throughout, reflecting the golden glow of the surrounding city lights.
