This is a nice public park. It has public beach access, outdoor showers and clean bathrooms. There are covered picnic areas: 6 pavilions, 2 volleyball courts, and a playground. Just 5 minutes South on A1A

They offer pavilion rentals. They have 6 pavilions, most with tables and grills. They can host between 12-70 people so there is a great variety in sizes. Park hours are 9:00am to Sunset.
