For a trip a little further take the road out of Otley towards Fewston Reservoir there is a lovely 3.5 mile loop round the reservoir or for those looking for more a 7 mile route add on a loop around Swinsty reservoir to work up an appetite!

Popular walk around one or two reservoirs. Plenty space for dogs to run around. Beautiful though does get busy.

Breathtaking reservoir with great figure of 8 walk around Swinsty adjoining reservoir (takes about 2 hours).

One of my favourite walks. You can do a shorter 3/4 mile walk around swinsty reservoir or longer walk around both swinsty and fewston. Prams can be taken around swinsty, but more difficult at fewston. Parking and loos available and sometimes you’ll find an ice cream van too.
