Be sure to stop into one of Anchorage’s oldest parks where many activities abound year round! There are many hiking, biking and skiing trails throughout. Also, you can connect to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail where you can gain beach access and enjoy the beautiful views of Turnagain Arm, Sleeping Lady and Fire Island!

Best place to see a moose on short notice. This would be a state park in any normal place. Tons of lovely trails for running or biking in summer

If you'd like to go for a brilliant walk in the woods, this is your Go-To Anchorage spot! There are great views of the water and you'll pretty much always see a moose.
