Whitsand bay is less than 30 mins by car. It is a wonderful place to explore the coast of South East Cornwall. Visit the villages of Cawsand and Kingsand just a little way along the coast. Crystal clear waters great for swimming.

Wonderful long sandy beach, a bit of a walk down the cliff path to get there (nothing scary - just steep), but very much worth a visit.

WHITSAND BAY is a long sandy beach with many cliff paths going down to the sea, some easy and some more challenging. It’s often sunny here when it’s cloudy inland. THE VIEW restaurant is my favourite eating place. The set lunch is 3 courses for £22.50. Highly recommended if you are a foody.

Bit of a climb down and back up to the beach, but the views are stunning, big beach when the tide is out and very dog friendly.
