This is the best restaurant in Tanunda. Delicious, modern Vietnamese food with an amazing wine list. Don't go without ordering the betel leaves....but everything on the menu is amazing. Try and leave room for dessert too!

One of our favourite places in the Barossa to have dinner. This is a Vietnamese Restaurant and the food is to die for. Lovely modern décor and excellent service - if Asian food is your thing...you will love this.

Local produce (including from chefs garden), fresh food that is beautifully prepared and presented, a real treat. Chef's Tasting Menu, especially with matched wines, is fantastic!!

The food at FermentAsian has its roots firmly entrenched in Vietnamese heritage. To these traditional dishes they have added dishes inspired by their favourite Australian restaurants serving Southeast Asian cuisine. In tandem with the development of owner Tuoi’s food culture, they have grown an exciting cuisine-focussed wine program. Recognising that the big Shiraz-based wines for which the region is best known often overwhelm the subtle food flavours, they have developed a collection that encompasses many of the world’s most diverse wine styles.
