This is one of Charlottesville most well known bars for live music and great drinks. In the 90’s you could find yourself frequently sitting next to Dave Matthew’s while he wrote music and sang. Many people consider Miller’s one of The Bars to go to in the east coast. 3 stories of drinks, music, old arcade games and smoky pool tables, all packed into a historic building right on the Downtown Mall.

This is the bar where Dave Matthews started his career. It is just a bar with bar food, but you can catch music on some nights. Check their calendar (John D'Earth is a very good local jazz musician and he plays here regularly). A local favorite spot.
