One of our guests HIGHLY recommends this place. Pen Druid Fermentation, a wood-fired, spontaneous, barrel-fermented, & cool shipped native beer, natural cider and wine. We haven't tried it yet, but we plan to!

Come and try the wild fermented beers while enjoying the views of the mountains! Recently touted by renowned chef Jose Andres as the ground zero of beer in America, and written up in the Washingtonian magazine, Pen Druid has garnered attention for their low-intervention, terroir-driven method of brewing.
