Fortyfivedownstairs is an " off broadway" not for profit theatre and gallery space. It's a beautiful old warehouse where you can frequently see great theatre and interesting art shows. check their website for current shows and exhibitions.

This is a funky little gallery that usually only locals know about. With a theatre and two gallery spaces, is an evocative cultural space for theatre, visual arts, forums, music and dance events. The not-for-profit organisation showcases emerging, independent, experimental and thought-provoking work.
