Excellent specialist cheese shop. They mostly supply restaurants and hotels but retail customers are welcome. You can either choose from the vast range or ask them to suggest or choose a selection for you. Get some bread from Poilane or Le Pain Quotidien, a good bottle of wine, and you have a perfect super to enjoy on the deck (or picnic in St Georges's Square gardens).
