East Wind is owned and operated by the talented and committed Scott Emerich, and is the go-to place for yogis looking for a Hot yoga studio. All the instructors at East Wind are caring and supportive. The studio is located in the heart of downtown Auburn less than a mile from the Airbnb, so it is within easy walking distance. You can rent mats and towels from the studio. Please note this is a Hot studio only! If you are interested in a studio that is not a Hot studio, please look at my other entry for Yoga Reclaimed.
