서대문형무소 역사관은 현존하는 건축물 중 유일한 일본풍 목조 건물이다. 1923년 지어졌고, 사형 선고를 받고 투옥된 전국의 애국 지사들이 수감 후 생을 마감한 장소이다. 건물의 역사나 가치보다 수많은 애국 지사가 이승에서 마지막 시간을 맞은 장소라 더욱 애절하다.

This history hall was jail at Japanese colonial era. In that era, Japan arrest lots of independent fighter and torturing them in this place. You can see many historical movies, artifacts, and experience of jail.
