Since 1947 classic all Americana Diner. Very good value cooked breakfast. Opens early (most days 6am) and open until late to 11pm weekdays, 1am Friday and Saturday.

At 30 minutes by foot: (take the taxi) You will taste the real and famous poutine. A very simple, but already world-renowned. The Green Spot is a Montreal classic that was born in the 1940s. The place presents simple and well-made fastfood dishes. One comes here for a journey through time; A plus for the ambiance and the old game decor that recalls the past. We think we have really come back in the 50s. We love the Green Spot, and we find that their fries are really very successful. From there, walk 5 minutes to visit the Atwater Market, also located along the Lachine Canal.

This is a neighborhood staple. A traditional diner serving all the Quebec favorites like poutine, smoked meat, hot sandwich etc.
