Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius is a Roman Catholic church in the Karlín district of Prague. Very nice area to walk.

Neo-Romanesque basilica with breathtaking decorations and relaxing atmosphere. The initiator of the project was Catholic unity in Prague, which in 1850 organized a collection to build the church in Karlin. Among others, which contributed to the collection, were also the Emperor Ferdinand I and the widowed Empress Karolina - the emerging Prague district was named after her: "Karolinenthal - Karlin".
