Rumored to once be a secret observation post in WW2, now a forested glade with great views of the bay and the Berkeley Hills. Actually named "El Cerrito de San Antonio" by the passing Spanish (hence the name of our town), it was changed to "Albany Hill" when Anglos incorporated their town. Of course, it was a Native Californian place before all of that....
