The Ol' Dirty Biscuit is is your hangover cure! If a combo of fried chicken, sausage gravy, dill pickles, and smoked pimiento cheese on a fresh homemade biscuit can't cure what ails you then we can't help you. We're also partial to the Fried Chicken & Waffles with hot sauce and syrup. While this small hole-in-the-wall serves breakfast all day long, it's also some of the most solid BBQ in the area. Ribs. Pulled pork. Brisket. Lots of pig decorations. Minimal indoor seating. Hours are a bit quirky (8am to 3pm) and it's off the beaten path, but it's well worth it.

By far our favorite barbecue in Cville. A little off the beaten path, but worth it. Get an old dirty biscuit or the chicken & waffles. It will not disappoint!
