A great way to see London from a different angle! There are of course a couple of companies that operate a river cruise, research a little bit and find something that suits you: sightseeing cruise, dinner cruise, smaller boat, etc. You can also take the River Tours operated by TfL, a bit more budget-friendly maybe. From North Greenwich to Westminster is usually less crowded than the other way around, maybe also check out the Emirates Airlines for a different view? Or go from Westminster to Kew and visit Kew Gardens for some beautiful flora!
