Cwmcarn Forest is a paradise of nature and activities. Enjoy panoramic views of the Welsh countryside, relax at picnic and BBQ spots, and let the kids run around in the three wonderful adventure playgrounds. For adrenaline lovers, it is a mountain biking wonderland. The Y Mynydd course is an extreem downhill trail for experienced bikers with the highest level of skill. The Cafall and famous Twrch Trail are both red graded trails not for the faint hearted either, with fantastic views of the Bristol channel and surrounding countryside. All this an more is only a minute's walk from the cottage Forest Ride Retreat.
