Food co-op in Iowa City, it's close by. They have a really good selection of deli/pre-made food if you're on the go.

healthy staples and organic produce. Right across the street from the farmer's market (7-12 saturdays, and 5-7 wednesdays) you don't need to be a member, just tell them you don't have a number.
