Sherwood is one of many vineyards on the Island. We have taken our bikes and done self tours riding from vineyard to vineyard. The landscape is gorgeous and its fun to see the many vineyards. One of our routes included: Sherwood, Jasons, Dilberto, Martha Clara, Paumonok . See map of vineyards in Kitchen drawer

Tiny but extra quaint vineyard. If you stop by here definitely walk through the antique shop and visit the barn, which feels like you've stepped foot in a Restoration Hardware catalog (in the best way possible)

First stop on the walking wine tour west. A short walk (0. 7 miles) to this charming wine tasting room with a cozy vibe occasionally with live music. You can browse the art gallery while enjoying fine wines. Our personal favorite is Sherwood House White Merlot. 1291 Main Rd., Jamesport. Opens at noon closes at 6 PM, 7 PM Friday and Saturday. Great wine tasting room in Jamesport, especially in winter by the cozy fireplace. The spot also includes a gallery and a vinntage store.
