In Oregon, liquor is only sold in state licensed liquor stores with fixed prices. This is the nearest one. Beer/Wine is sold in any grocery store.

Local liquor store. Just next door is Hoodland Thriftway, which has a decent selection of wines, bottled/canned beers and a tap list for growlers.

Liquor Store next to the Thriftway. There are also dispensaries in Welches and Rhododendron for those who partake.
