The most specialist cheese shop in all of Holland, the people that work here will be able to tell you everything about every cheese. It's like arriving in cheese heaven.

Not cheap, but great quality and nice cheese with employees who know everything about the products. The best is the blue cheese which they don't cut but fill a bowl with a spoon.
