I've been told this is the best yoga spot in the 'hood. They have a sweet juice and healthy food spot with in a cozy "treehouse style" upper loft that I love.

If you're a yoga teacher in NYC you either come here for class from near and far or have done so in the past. The classes accommodate all skill levels but the flows inspire even the most experienced of yogis.
