Borgo San Jacopo: romantic and panoramic, this is the starred restaurant of Hotel Lungarno, where you can enjoy an experience of high gastronomy, complete with a unique view of the Ponte Vecchio, which can be enjoyed even better from the intimate terrace that juts out over the Arno. Executive chef Claudio Mengoni offers genuine and sincere cuisine, where ingredients find creativity and rigor, creating memorable flavors, colors and shapes. In addition to the à la carte menu, there are two tasting menus with many unmissable dishes: Cooked and raw vegetables with porcini mushroom ice cream and fig molasses; Suckling pig in porchetta with salsify, shallot in port and Dijon mustard and Risotto with sea urchins, colatura, anchovies and fennel frisella.
