Massimo - Corrado's son - carries on his dad's traditional hostaria, born in Trastevere neighborhood in 1971, along with Simone and Alessio - his sons. Casual restaurant that follows roman daily dishes - for example, thursday gnocchi, friday fish and saturday trippa. Eat like a local ;-) Search for "Hostaria da Corrado" on tripadvisor
Roman cuisine: pajata, baccalà and trippa. Family run, good prices. It's a nice small place filled with mostly locals. The menu is spoken (almost no english) and the meals are simple and fantastic.
