An underground pub that is a one-of-a-kind experience in Louisville, Kentucky. A great place to grab an appetizer and a drink before a concert or sporting event. The bar area is also a nice place to have a meal and watch sports. The bartenders are historically excellent.

The Troll Pub is located on the site of the original Galt House hotel, built in 1834. A fire ravaged the building in 1865 and destroyed the hotel. After that fire, the Louisville and Nashville Railroad built its headquarters on the site in 1877 where it remained until 1907. During this time, many Kentucky bourbon distilleries moved into other buildings on the block , using them for warehousing, distributing and as a headquarters, which is why the block became known as Whiskey Row.

A cool bar in an amazing and historic space. Great pub food, as well as a full bar and plenty of TVs.

This place is your very common "bar food / sports bar" cheap food & drinks at a cool place... all exposed brick and underground. If you want to watch a sporting event or need to pre-game a concert of a game at the KFC Yum center this is the perfect place to do it. Favorite food item here is there "Angry Alfredo".. yummmm. Don't forget to get a picture / selfie with the giant troll statue out front... or offer to take a picture for the other folks doing the same thing!

If you're looking for a fun sports bar to hang at before you go to something at the YUM! center I suggest stopping by Troll Pub! It has a diverse menu and full bar.
