Barlovento serves Caribbean classics on the sand of East Beach. As a non Dorado Beach Reserve member, you can get there by parking your car at the Balneario Manuel Morales parking lot or in the street and walking along the beach until you get to Barlovento. From their website: “Inspired from our Taíno roots, Barlovento stands as a big seashell that inspires wind, movement and evolution. It’s the perfect place for a quick al fresco lunch or sunset cocktail overlooking the ocean filled with kite-surfers zigzagging across the seascape.” A truly beautiful location.
