Our closest local beach, a 4 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the Lodge. Joins with Pendower at low tide.

In the shelter of Gerrans Bay on the picturesque Roseland Peninsula is Carne Beach. Carne is probably the best in the area with its generous stretch of golden sand. Being a little off the beaten track it never really gets busy.

Lovely big National Trust beach 25 mins drive away (the long way not the ferry way) on the Roseland. Good car park close to beach. Rockpools and white sand.

local beach, can walk too. Good for kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding and sunbathing. Dogs allowed on lead over summer months.
