A new player in “Celup Tepung’s Menu”. Celup Tepung = Seafoods (Squids/Prawns/Variety of fish) which is dipped until coated with a special mixed flour & deep-fried until the coated flour is crunchy. Eaten together with authentic dipping chilli sauce. If you were in big crowd. This is the place. Plenty seating available. The most important, this place is budget friendly!!
