Independent - Sauce have a large space, mix of indoor and outdoor seating, and usually a large selection of beers on offer. Sauce do hoppy ales really well, their Hop Sauce Pale Ale a good entry beer into more hoppy styles of beer. Bubble & Squeak NEIPA is a personal fave from their core range.
