If you are willing to drive 10 minutes, this place serves a fantastic homestyle breakfast, lunch, and a multitude of other goodies in a cozy setting. You won’t want to leave. Take advantage of its location on the west side of Cape Ann to drive through scenic Annisquam, Lanesville, and Rockport before coming back to East Gloucester.

Such a great spot where the locals meet. It is part local market with produce, a bakery, coffee, art work, great prepared food to take home and and awesome cafe. They have my favorite sandwich in town called "Over the Bridge" which is basically a crab cake BLT.

8 min drive - Gloucester (Lanesville) Neighborhood Homey, old-fashioned market with a menu of breakfast, sandwiches, focaccia & other light eats. No bar. Super charming.

This is a cool place. A former stagecoach stop, quick shop and gas station, now it's a small and intimate gourmet restaurant with none of the attitude. And the food...
