Want to get even more back to nature? Marshy Point Nature Center is about 12 minutes away and is tucked back in a secluded area where there is water access, trails, a nature center, animals & reptiles, etc. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There are activities all weekends during the summer months, including a frog roundup I've been to on Friday nights. This is great fun for the kids and adults alike. You can also do canoeing here.
