Ottima qualità, materie prime selezionate, DOP e IGP. Pizza davvero buona da accompagnare a Birrium, la birra artigianale ad alta fermentazione, non filtrata e non pastorizzata, preparata dal birrificio Balabiott. "Pizzium proposes a modern version of the Neapolitan Pizza, as rivisited thanks to a Menu recalling regional recipes and ingredients. All of this from a good, beautiful and genuine Italy, with prime quality ingredients. An explosion of flavours that comes from a careful selection of regional PDO and PGI excellence from local producers. Birrium is PIZZIUM’s craft beer, highly fermented, non filtered and non pasteurized, with a golden colour and a persistent foam. Fresh herbs and floreal aroma make the flavour of this beer, which retains a fruity and spicy taste and is slightly sweet, with a bitter spike towards the end. A recipe studied specifically together with the Balabiott craft beer factory, which is perfectly paired with the pizzas on the Menu."
