You're so lucky! The bust central station is just near you. If you want to go to Listvyanka (which is the closest place of Baikal from Irkutsk) you can buy bus ticket there. The central bus station is a yellow three floor building. When you enter it, go into the right room and there will be cashiers. The ticket cost about 150 rub. There are different times of buses, in warm season it goes every 30 minutes. The road is about 70 km and it takes 90 minutes to get there.
