The bagels themselves are made using traditional ingredients and baking methods – including kettle-boiling to produce a dense chewy inside with a crusty exterior. They’re as close to a NY-style bagel as you can get outside of the 5 boroughs.

Best bagels in Atlanta. Get the olive oil and sea salt, toasted with cream cheese, lox, capers and onions. Delicious. They have a couple of patio tables and chairs on the sidewalk, but easier to get it to go.

Best bagels in Atlanta (and maybe the world). Order the Olive oil and sea salt toasted with lox and cream cheese. It is heaven in your mouth. You can take it to go or they have a couple of patio tables outside you can sit down at.
